Folding

We have a wide range of abilities within our bindery department. The diversity of our four folders allows us to have the ability to handle jobs of all sizes.

We have two folders equipped to Glue/Fold jobs using a fugitive adhesive that helps to avoid the expense of tabbing. Glue folding works very well for self-mailers and double postcard jobs. Our special adhesive has proven itself to be one of the secrets to our success.

We are able to handle most applications from simple half folds to the more complex gate-fold and slit to nest projects.

Bowe cutting

Bowe cutting is used to sheet forms that are personalized on the continuous laser printers. These forms can be presented directly into a folder to allow us to fold to size in one operation.

Guillotine Cutting

Guillotine cutting is one of the easiest means to trim laser forms to the size desired. This allows for extremely good quality laser printing on forms printed 3 or 4 to a page. All this at a cost often cheaper than high quality inkjet personalization
